Outfit and Story Time!

I haven't done an outfit post in quite some time, and since I don't have any other ideas right now, I thought I do my first of 2013!

I wore this outfit somewhere around the first of November.  It was a pretty long while ago but I remember it because it's literally one of my favorite outfits.  It was also something I wore when I was coming out of a very stressful and difficult time.  I had been so physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausted for such a long time, and I had finally decided to pull myself up by my boot straps and move forward.

I was finally feeling confident and happy again, (not because of this outfit, but because of the state of mind I was in when I wore it) and I have been ever since :)

Life Update

Nothing too exciting has happened since my last post but I thought I'd give you guys a quick update!

First I would like to say I LOVE YOU GUYS!

Why this exuberant expression of my love for you wonderful individuals? Because when I check my stats, this blog has hit over 16,000 page views!

I started this blog thinking that no one would really read it or care what I have to say.  The fact that there are people who seem to (hopefully) like what I post and continue to return makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Anywho, so far there has been nothing exciting happen (except for my little shopping outage at Michael's discount Halloween isles, which is what my next post will be about) but here are two of my outfits from last week!

ParaNormaN

Last night, Hailey and I went to see ParaNormaN.

And it. Was. Awesome.

It was equal parts creepy, cute, scary, and sweet, as any Tim Burton movie should be.

We didn't know before hand that the movie was going to be in 3D (our local theater is so small I didn't think they could even show 3D) but I was glad that it was.  It just made it that much more awesome.

I have to say that the fact that the guy who played McLovin in Superbad does the voice of the bully made me laugh.

Here's what I wore:

A movie with zombies, I wore a zombie shirt. I crack myself up with my own dorkyness.

Finally Content

I just got out of my final class for the week (ok, I got out like 2 hours ago and I was being lazy) and I'm pretty happy with how the week turned out.

I went to my new Tuesday/Thursday class and I LOVE it.  My teacher is really nice and funny.  It's a pretty small class, which I like and it seems like it's going to be an interesting semester.

As some of you may have noticed, I've been doing an outfit a day type thing.  I like the idea of it and I'm going to try and keep it up!

What a day...

As many of you know, yesterday was my first day back at college.  It went really well, and I optimistically hoped today would too.

I was wrong.

I got to my history class only to discover that I had enrolled myself if what can only be described as the craziest damn class I have ever been forced to sit in for an hour and a half.  I knew from just a few minutes in, I had to get the hell out of there.

I knew one of my friends was taking a Developmental Psychology class (something I've been wanting to take) so as soon as I could, I ran and switched my schedule up.  It was stressful and a bit time consuming, but all is settled now.

As for my current life right now, I'm about to wrap up my last week of classes before finals.  I'm so excited about this, I can't wait for summer!
Also, tomorrow I will be going to a local University's music exhibit, so hopefully I will have some pic and fun stories from that.
